General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Art. 1 – General Provisions 1.1. By browsing this area you access Natura Camping at the URL: www.naturacamping.com. Navigating the site and submitting a purchase order imply acceptance of the Terms and the Data Protection Policies set out herein.

1.2. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of goods and provision of services exclusively for purchases made on the website, in accordance with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/05 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/14 and Legislative Decree No. 70/03), by:

1.3. Before accessing the products and services offered by the site, users must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are considered fully and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.

1.4. Users are encouraged to download and print a copy of these Terms and the purchase form. Natura Camping reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1.5. The site and its products and services are available in the following languages: Italian, English, German, Dutch, French.

Art. 2 – Scope

2.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for goods and services on Natura Camping. They do not govern the supply of services or sale of products by third parties who may be present on the site through links, banners, or other hyperlinks.

.2. Before placing orders or purchasing products and services from third parties, users are advised to check their terms and conditions.

Art. 3 – Conclusion of the Contract

3.1. To complete a purchase contract, users must fill out the electronic order form and submit it following the instructions provided.

3.2. The form includes a reference to these Terms, details of each service purchased, images and prices of each product, available payment methods, delivery methods and costs, a link to the right of withdrawal conditions, and instructions and timelines for returning products. Images of products are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual product due to technical limitations.

3.3. Before completing the contract, users will be asked to confirm they have read these Terms, including information on the right of withdrawal and personal data processing.

3.4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the user, after verifying the correctness of the provided data.

3.5. The user is obliged to pay once the online order submission process is complete. This occurs by clicking the “Place Order” button at the end of the checkout process.

3.6. Once the contract is concluded, the seller will process the order.

Art. 4 – Registered Users

4.1. When completing the registration process, users agree to follow the site’s instructions and provide accurate and truthful personal information.

4.2. After registering, users will receive a confirmation email at the address they provided. Confirmation must be given within one day. Failure to confirm within this time frame releases Natura Camping from any obligation to the user.

4.3. Confirmation releases Natura Camping from all liability regarding the information provided by the user. Users must promptly inform Natura Camping of any changes to their personal data.

4.4. If incorrect or incomplete data is provided, or in case of disputes over payments, Natura Camping reserves the right to suspend or withhold service activation until issues are resolved.

4.5. When first creating a profile, Natura Camping will assign the user a username and password. The user acknowledges that these credentials are the system for validating access to the services and are the sole means of identifying the user. Actions performed using these credentials will be deemed attributable to the user and will be binding.

4.6. Users agree to keep their login credentials confidential, to store them securely, and not to share them with third parties, even temporarily.

Art. 5 – Product Availability

5.1. Product availability refers to the real-time availability at the moment the user places an order. However, this is only indicative as products may be sold to other customers before order confirmation due to multiple simultaneous users.

5.2. Even after an order confirmation email is sent, partial or total unavailability may occur. In this case, the order will be automatically updated by removing unavailable products, and the user will be promptly informed by email.

5.3. If the user requests order cancellation, terminating the contract, Natura Camping will refund any amounts paid within 7 business days from when it learns of the buyer’s decision to terminate. This refund applies only to physical products that have not yet been shipped at the time of cancellation.

Art. 6 – Products Offered

6.1. Natura Camping markets:
Paid plans dedicated to outdoor hospitality businesses that wish to promote their services on Natura Camping.

Art. 7 – Payment Methods and Prices

7.1. The price of products and services will be as displayed on the site, except in cases of obvious error.

7.2. In the event of an error, Natura Camping will promptly inform the buyer, offering the option to confirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. Natura Camping is under no obligation to supply items at an erroneously lower price.

7.3. Site prices include VAT. Prices may change at any time, but such changes do not affect orders for which confirmation has already been sent.

7.4. Once selected, products and services will be added to the shopping cart. Simply follow the purchase instructions, entering or verifying required information at each step. Order details can be modified before payment.

7.5. Payment can be made via credit or debit card. Users must enter valid payment details when placing the order using Visa or Mastercard (American Express is not accepted). The amount will be charged immediately. Natura Camping reserves the right to verify the validity of the card and its solvency. Based on these checks, Natura Camping may refuse the order.

7.6. For PayPal payments, Natura Camping reserves the right to verify the validity of the PayPal account, ensure sufficient funds are available, and confirm billing address details. The amount is charged immediately from the PayPal account, but no fees are applied until items leave the warehouse. Natura Camping reserves the right to refuse any order.

Art. 8 – Transfer of Risk

8.1. The risks relating to products pass to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers once full payment, including shipping costs, has been received, or upon delivery if this occurs later.

Art. 9 – Warranty and Commercial Conformity

9.1. The seller is responsible for any defects in the products offered on the site, including non-conformity with the ordered items, in accordance with Italian law.

9.2. If the buyer is a consumer (i.e. any natural person acting on the site for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity), this warranty is valid provided the defect appears within 24 months of delivery, that the buyer formally notifies the defect within 2 months of discovery, and completes the online return form correctly.

9.3. In cases of non-conformity, consumers have the right to have products restored to conformity at no cost, by repair or replacement, or to receive an appropriate price reduction or terminate the contract and obtain a refund.

9.4. All costs of returning defective products will be borne by the seller.

Art. 10 – Right of Withdrawal

10.1. The right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to this contract because the product is of modest value, personalized, or by nature consumable. It is also specified that the product sold has digital content whose execution begins with acceptance of these Terms.

Art. 11 – Data Processing

11.1. Buyer data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, as specified in the dedicated section (Privacy Policy) pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Art. 12 – Severability Clause

12.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid for any reason, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Art. 14 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

14.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian law, without prejudice to any overriding mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Consequently, the interpretation, execution, and termination of these Terms are subject exclusively to Italian law.

14.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. If the user qualifies as a Consumer, disputes will be heard by the court of the user’s domicile or residence in accordance with applicable law.

Art. 15 – Trademark Rights and Usage Restrictions

The “NATURA CAMPING” trademark is registered under Italian and European law, ensuring authenticity and legal protection throughout the European Union. Use of the “NATURA CAMPING” trademark within its registered classes is strictly prohibited without the explicit written consent of Agricamper S.r.l. For more details on our trademark registration, please consult the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Agricamper S.r.l. reserves all exclusive rights to the “NATURA CAMPING” trademark.

Art. 16 – Limitation of Liability on Bookings

16.1. Natura Camping only provides a digital promotional space for outdoor hospitality businesses and does not participate in managing or concluding booking contracts between users and accommodation providers.

16.2. Agricamper S.r.l. cannot be held liable for disputes, service failures, non-fulfilment, or damages arising from contractual relationships established between users and accommodation providers through the platform.

16.3. Users and accommodation providers are solely responsible for fulfilling bookings and their mutual obligations.
